NOVEMBER NEWS

 

SHOP CLINTONVILLE HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE - Saturday, December 4

We will be participating again this year in the Shop Clintonville Holiday Open House on Saturday, December 4, 2004. There will be keyboards in two stores, Sobo Style and Backyard Experience, where students will entertain shoppers .  We will be playing from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Sobo and from 11:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Backyard Experience.  There will not be assigned times, students come and play whenever they want.  I will give you more details the week of the event.  Please let me know if you would like to participate.

 

RECITAL - Sunday, December 5

A recital for all students will be held on Sunday, December 5, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at the Clinton Heights Lutheran Church (corner of Clinton Heights and N. High St., one block south of North Broadway).  Please invite family and friends to attend.  We will be having a reception following the recital.  If you would like to bring cookies or some kind of snack, please sign-up on the form by the front door of the studio or send me an email.

 

SCALE OLYMPICS

The following students will be participating in Scale Olympics at Otterbein College on Saturday, December 4:  CJ Botti, Carolyn Botti, Eavan Dempsey, Lainey Foster, Michael Qi, Rhys Davis, Alexander Silleck, Joe Silleck, Timothy Silleck, Cleo Moursi. 

 

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

Regular lessons will run through December17th.  On Monday, December 20, there will be a Christmas party for students and parents. Please sign up for the 5:00 or the 7:00 party.  There will be no lessons from December 21-January 2.  Regular lessons will resume on January 3, 2005.

 

NEW STUDENTS

New students this fall are: Joe Botti, Eli Gardner, Franz Kabelka, Genevieve Campignoli, Diante Graffagnino, Katrina Mulligan, Caley Mulligan, Sophia Silleck and Makenna Seeley.

 

HIGH STREET CONSTRUCTION

Construction along High Street from Arcadia to Torrence involving replacing sidewalks and repaving High Street began in September and will continue until sometime next summer or fall.  I will let you know when this work will involve the stretch that the studio is in.   The studio should remain accessible, but it may be easier at some point to come in the back door.  I will keep you updated.
